Are you a passionate purveyor of music-related goodies, a culinary artist with a beat, or a creative crafter with a rockin' soul? We're calling all talented vendors to join us for the Camp Street Blues Jam, happening on March 8-10th 2024 on Historic Camp Street, Crockett, Tx!
What's the Camp Street Blues Jam all about?
The Camp Street Blues Jam is a celebration of all things Blues! We'll have a lineup of incredible live bands and DJs, delicious food trucks, art installations, and more. We're expecting a vibrant crowd of music lovers from all walks of life, and we want you to be a part of it!
What are we looking for?
We're seeking vendors who share our passion for music and creativity. We're open to a wide range of vendors, including:
* **Music-related merchandise:** CDs, vinyl records, band tees, instruments, accessories
* **Food and beverages:** Food trucks, coffee carts, unique culinary creations
* **Arts and crafts:** Jewelry, paintings, handmade goods, festival fashion
* **Interactive experiences:** Games, activities, workshops, photo booths

**Vendor Set Up and Tear Down:**
Camp Street Blues Jam
Vendor set up/ tear down
March 9th 2024
* **Set Up Times:**
* Vendors will be allowed to set up their booths Saturday March 9th at 8am on Camp Street the day of the event.
* **Tear Down Times:**
* All booths must be torn down and packed up by 11pm on March 9th, 2024
* Late tear down will result in a $50 penalty.
* **Set Up and Tear Down Process:**
* Vendors will be assigned a specific booth space upon arrival.
* Booths must be set up within the designated space and may not encroach on other vendors' spaces.
* All displays and materials must be securely fastened to prevent tipping or falling.
* No open flames or hazardous materials are allowed in booths.
* Vendors are responsible for removing all trash and debris from their booths at the end of the event.
**Vendor Fees:**
* **Booth Fees:**
* The basic booth fee is $50 for a 10x10 space.
* Larger spaces are available for an additional fee.
* **Payment:**
* All vendor fees must be paid in full before the event.
* Payment can be made by cash, check, or credit card to the Downtown Crockett Association. Check out below.
**Additional Guidelines:**
* All vendors must comply with all local laws and regulations.
* Rain or Shine event, No refunds.
* Vendors are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or licenses.
* Vendors may not sell any food or beverages that are not pre-packaged or approved by the event organizer.
* Smoking is not allowed in the vendor area.
* Pets are not allowed in the vendor area.
